Blessed with fine sandy beaches, clear seawater and waves that charm both novice and seasoned surfers. And all year round. In just a few hundred meters, you collide with several surf spots here. In fact, in a radius of 15 km you are served no less than 20 different wave conditions. Good for the country's oldest surf school, many surf initiations and a host of chill beach bars.

And just a kilometer away from that privileged beach, you will find Bica. A luxurious and climate-neutral penthouse. Located on the^second floor of a cozy mini-complex and blessed with a very spacious roof terrace. Equipped with a lounge area, sun loungers, and a jacuzzi. In the adjoining veranda, you can enjoy the outdoors all year round. You have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 guests.
