In Lafelt, a hamlet near Riemst, Felterhof appears beneath the church tower and next to a centuries-old marl wall. A place for two with soul. Not your typical place to stay, your vacation begins here as soon as you park your car or bike in the private underground garage, and then you seem to disappear from the world. After all, you find yourself in an oasis of nature and design where you want to stop time.

The original marl wall, once a monastery facade, serves as the foundation, the large windows that blend inside and out do the rest, and the walled patio garden immediately sets the tone. A winding path steers you to the terrace, and the lush but controlled wilderness automatically makes you feel hushed. Complete with a hammock in the orchard. Filtered sunlight, carefully chosen designer furniture, greenery all around and a bright orange hot tub to enjoy while the sun sets.

Inside just as beautiful a story. Again, there's no contact with the street so you can quietly focus on what really matters. And everything you could possibly need is there, from a moody somewhat mysterious loungeto a handy kitchen. There are electric bikes at your disposal, Maastricht is 15 minutes away, and on simple request you will be picked up at the station.
