Between the coast and the polders, between sand and sea and vast green fields and meadows, you will find ZAELIG Hotel. This hotel with a long history has been captivating this unique corner of Knokke-Heist for many years, and with the arrival of Florence and Dries, the third generation, the place was completely renovated. And here, they don't do things by halves, so this family hotel with 22 rooms is completely ready for the future.

The assets of yesteryear were updated and are highlighted even more today. In the large garden you will find an animal park as well as a trampoline and a lounge area in the sand. The big crowd puller, of course, is the heated outdoor pool that gives you the feeling of being in southern climes. And with its white facade and ditto balconies, it even looks like you've landed in the Hamptons. Once inside, however, you find yourself back in hip Scandinavia, thanks to the white wood, the beige round armchairs and the mint green tiles that you spot here and there. Both at reception and at the honesty bar, well stocked with local goodies. If the weather is disappointing, your offspring can have fun here in one of the play corners.

There are 4 room types. The Green Room can be found on the ground floor and features a private terrace. One floor up pops up The Blue Room, with private balcony and kitchenette and those who like more space go for the ground floor The Yellow Room, large enough for 4 and with private terrace. The Pink Room, with its kitchen with sitting area, extra bunk room and private balcony, is the family room of choice. And each room has its own brightly colored bathroom that puts an instant smile on your face.

Do you like to go exploring? By bike, you can stroll along quiet roads smoothly to Damme, Bruges, Sluis or to the beach.
