Welcome to Olmen, where Ellen and Chris have meticulously restored a solitary long-fronted farmhouse right next to a nature reserve. In 15 rooms, there is no farmhouse folklore, but rather a refined style that perfectly suits this tranquil landscape. Authentic and warm, but not overdone, simple but not minimalist, and interspersed with striking details. From elegant kilims to contemporary ironwork.

Good for 4 fine rooms: Buffy, Pigeon, Clay and Terre, each with its own color theme and beautiful character materials. Lime paints that highlight the open trusses, linen curtains that surround the farmhouse windows and a robust oak floor. A large landing, with additional parlor, connects the rooms. On the ground floor awaits a cozy sitting area with fireplace, a kitchen with tap and wine stock and a bright breakfast room that leads you straight into the garden in summer.

Next to the immense garden, endless meadows with countless sheep emerge. After all, the host is a shepherd and on this active sheep farm there are as many as 100 fluff balls roaming around. Chris effortlessly steers them in the right direction with his faithful border collies. Each time an impressive spectacle that makes romantic souls immediately daydream about another life. Good to know, for horse lovers, grazing is available.
