A vacant, century-old farmhouse in a fantastic location, with endless views and neighbors with excellent taste. This magical combination led to the creation of vacation home Acht & 80. It is located in the north of Limburg, close to the Dutch border. The farmhouse in question had been vacant for a few years, and after a long round of negotiations, Cindy and Filip became the proud owners. They live on the same street, had always been fans, and wanted to preserve and restore this special place to ensure its future. The foundation was there, an architect refined it, and the couple added the finishing touches themselves. It was a matter of creating their own dream home. A place they would book without hesitation. They put their heart and soul into it, including an eye for detail.

Authentic, but with a contemporary flair. Each room has its own unique bathroom, the kitchen boasts a well-stocked wine refrigerator, and beautiful ceramics made by the creative lady of the house can be found throughout. The old beams, bricks, doors, and cement tiles were salvaged, but robust steel also makes a regular appearance. Black, white, and oak set the tone. Inside and outside, because an imposing oak tree dominates the garden. And in the shade of that tree, you could easily live to be 100.
