Travel back in time or stay in a heritage gem. You can do so in style in the magnificent De Beddermolen vacation home. It is no coincidence that it is located right next to a wooden windmill. De Beddermolen was built in the^16th century on behalf of Tongerlo Abbey and still dominates the landscape centuries later. A house, a stable, a barn, and a bakehouse were soon built next to the mill. All neatly embraced by seemingly endless fields and meadows. What's more, this heritage site has just been completely and carefully restored, from the beams to the thatched roof. The looks of yesterday, the comfort of today.

The mill is grinding again and the miller's house is opening its doors to guests who want to get a taste of authentic country life. Barbecue with a view of the mill, cycle through the fields, or play board games by the fireplace or on the porch. From here, you can stroll into De Merode landscape park, green and princely in character. Or the Kempen at its best. And if you want to throw a party, you can simply rent the barn. Experience your own Flemish farmer's psalm.
