In the heart of the World Heritage city of Bruges, surrounded by cobbled alleys, babbling canals, and charming stepped gables, stands a stately ^17th-century mansion: Oud Huis Pierre Vandamme. Or the house where the former mayor of Bruges resided for almost forty years. In 2020, the property was completely renovated to become the luxurious B&B b'guest. Caroline, the lady of the house, had many authentic elements preserved and accentuated. So, in the imposing hall, wide enough for a carriage to pass through, you will find an original terrazzo floor, while the enviable bathrooms feature a contemporary terrazzo variant.

The 4 bedrooms, living room and living kitchen share herringbone parquet flooring and numerous special style elements. From a marble fireplace over a wonderful skylight with lace alcoves to a hidden bathroom. Neatly connected by a majestic staircase. Those who reside in the back overlook the green gardens hidden behind these facades and enjoy some gentle Belfort tunes.Caroline kept a clear line making each room an understated gem. On the^2nd floor, room Belfort packs a nice truss and a hidden terrace that lets you enjoy the sun and those Bruges rooftops.

At the back of thelarge garden awaits a blissful swimming pool with lovely loungers as well as an enclosed wellness paradise. The swimming pool is always available to guests, the separate wellness area can be booked separately and privately. The super stylish relaxation pavilion adjoins the canals and boasts an elegant lounge, hammam and shower. Large windows overlook the private garden where a Jacuzzi, Iglucraft sauna and fire pit await. Cool off under the outdoor shower and dump bucket or do you head for the pool?

Good to know, you can book the wellness with an overnight stay for unlimited wellness, from 6 pm to 11 am the next day. If you are going out with family or friends, book the entire place and get 3 hours of free wellness on top!
