You start your day with an espresso on the terrace under the carob tree to soak up the sun together. Warm up in the outdoor lounge, read a book in the shade or cool off in the water. No shortage of reading or browsing options by the way, the bookshelf is well stocked with art, food and travel favorites. Even in winter you can count on lots of sun hours here, and then the fireplace provides some extra atmosphere.
A half-hour drive away awaits countless Puglia-toppers such as the white winding village of Ostuni and the trulli of Alberobello or do you head to the coast for blissful strolling in Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. Hendrik and Sofie are happy to tell you about their favorite beaches, the best trattorias and the nicest piazzas. And good to know, Brindisi Airport is only half an hour away.
