A farm dating back to 1850 in Loppem, which had been passed down from father to son for generations until there were no more sons to continue the trade. Some farmers would scratch their heads, but father Verhegge saw years ago how his trade was changing. And when Nele, one of his three daughters, studied tourism, he suggested in 1995 that they start farm tourism. So the barn was renovated and transformed into Gasthof Lophem. Good for Huize Pieter (16 people) and Huize Lapon (30 people) or 21 rooms, 13 bathrooms, and 15 toilets. Can be booked together or separately.

There is plenty of space in this former farmyard, with corners to relax, read a book, do nothing, catch up with friends or play board games.
