To say that Jolien and her mother-in-law Els have taken over the entire Zwarteberg in Westouter may be an exaggeration, but it's not far off the mark. Together, they transformed an old campsite and had four new holiday villas built there. La Douce Douve comprises Villa St-Bernardus, Villa Tremist, Villa Anosteke (each for eight people) and Villa Trois Monts (for six). And although these sleek and bright new villas are located on the same site, they are four separate holiday homes, eachwith its own garden and always with a view. Those traveling with a large group can therefore book several villas. Together, yet separate.

The ladies also run the Multishop at the front of the property. Everything you see in the vacation homes is available for purchase on site. What's more, the interior is updated every season, so you'll always be staying among the latest trends. Each villa has its own charm and panoramic view, but they all have a private terrace with quality furniture and barbecue, two bathrooms, and a refined, soothing style. So you can really relax, even if you are with a large group of friends, family, or colleagues. Good to know: the French border is literally 100 meters away. Fancy a drink in France? It's easy!
