So you don't have to choose. Cars hardly ever pass by here, so this is one of those places where your children can still play, skate, or cycle in the street. That is, if they want to, because this villa boasts a petanque court. Perfect for aperitif evenings full of ambiance.

Let it be clear, this is a warm family home where you come home with friends, single families or grandparents. With a convenient hall to wipe the sand off your feet in summer and hang the coats in winter. Complete with a spacious living kitchen where it is particularly cozy, thanks in part to that long bench by the window where everyone gathers. And that works, there is plenty of room.
