In a small, quiet hamlet with fewer than 40 inhabitants, a stone's throw from the center of Bertogne, stands Le Domaine de Maria. Built in 1780, it was completely renovated in 2021 and transformed into an energy-efficient and ecological XXL vacation home. The old Ardennes farmhouse was thoroughly renovated, with only the outer walls remaining intact, and named after its last occupant, Maria.
Today this place unpacks a spacious ground floor, good for almost 300 m², equipped with a blissful sitting pit with double-sided fireplace, an entertainment corner with billiards, kicker and fun for the little ones and a kitchen with all possible gadgets. From an induction cooktop over a teppanyaki to a professional dishwasher. Handy if you're traveling with a lot of people. Cherry on the cake is of course the swimming pool with accompanying wellness.
Let's face it, there is plenty of room here. All 28 guests can spread out neatly over the property. The sloping 50-are garden has 3 large terraces and a spacious, covered outdoor kitchen with seating area, and those who bring bicycles can park them in the lockable garage. The 9 rooms also each have a private bathroom.
