They know the region like the back of their hand, as Mathias has been coming to the Hainaut Ardennes since childhood . And when they stumbled upon this old estate one fine day, right in the middle of a nature reserve, the deal was quickly sealed. The place was completely restored with stones from the Meuse Valley and wood that had been lying in the garage for 100 years. With that old oak, the local carpenter created a wonderful dining table and the impressive bar that adorns Bar Mouflon.
