That Ganuelle and Peter created a vacation spot here is no coincidence, Ganuelle suffered from sea and beach woe because by the sea, every day is Sunday. And so she promoted a nondescript, average property into an ornate, restful coastal villa where you instantly relax. Or instant vacation vibes. And with its 4 rooms, each with attached bathroom, this place is great for 4 couples or a gang of friends. From the dining room, you'll land on the spacious terrace where you can barbecue or socialize while catching some sun.

Feel like solid ground after all that surfing? Hop on your bike to the Uitkerkse Polder. Wide cycle paths take you effortlessly to this Natura 2000 nature reserve, with its 1,400 hectares the most important meadow bird area in Flanders. And so you don't have to choose. Beach or green, here you will find it both.
