Maison Mer and Maison Eau—together, they form Maisons Mereau. The perfect solution for anyone looking to gather a really large group. Colleagues, groups of friends, families—here, groups can be big and loud because everything is designed with that in mind. Each house is large enough to accommodate 32 people on its own, but if you connect both new vacation homes, you can stay here with 64 people. 64! That’s 12 or 24 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. So there’s plenty of space. Ideal for those who want to bond, hold focused meetings, or strengthen family ties.

Each space features an elegant seating area with a gas fireplace, a stylish dining area, and a professional kitchen equipped to handle large groups. But the real highlight is, of course, the multipurpose room, which—thanks to its projection facilities—can be set up as a movie theater, a relaxation area, an interactive play area, or an efficient meeting room. You can also effortlessly host parties in the bar or party cellar, which features its own lighting and sound system. And good to know: every floor is accessible by elevator. So no endless lugging or walking. If you book either of the two houses, Maison Mer or Maison Eau, you’ll have access to all the facilities—from the cinema to the bar.

The spacious, fenced-in garden—spanning 1,200 m² —offers plenty of extra space to enjoy. It’s all about really enjoying that healthy sea air. It features a lovely terrace, a barbecue, and plenty of grass for the whole gang to enjoy an aperitif or do some yoga. And all of thisis just about 2 km from the beach; you can even walk through the sand to the sea, since you’re staying right between the polders and the dunes.
