A pandemic does strange things to people. Yves and Mieke were no exception. In Zonnebeke, on the outskirts of the village, they stumbled upon an old, neglected heritage farmhouse that had been vacant for 20 years and promptly set about renovating it. There was plenty of work to be done, as the farm had quite a history. During World War I, the British stored their artillery in the barn. After the war, the farm was rebuilt in the same style and the barn was converted into a pigsty. Then came a long hibernation until the couple decided to breathe new life into this authentic place. Their efforts were rewarded, as the Sint-Antoniushoeve was immediately awarded 5 stars.

You stay on land, farm bricks and a gable roof so, and you have plenty of room. 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 terraces with field views and all 8 rooms have their own bathroom. The entire ground floor is also wheelchair friendly. The property is completely fenced in and the garden will keep your children busy for hours. Thanks to the scramble construction with swings and slides and ... the alpacas that curiously come peeping. Inside, a foosball table awaits. Or would you rather explore those Westhoek hills without getting really tired? Rent one of the electric scooters or choose the golf cart for 4 or 6 to discover the region in style. Yves and Mieke have mapped out a series of beautiful routes so it will certainly be an unforgettable trip.

On weekends you book the entire vacation home, the rest of the time it can be split into 2 separate units and thus you can also stay here with 6, 8 or 10 people.
