A conservatory. Sometimes that's all you need. Especially when you have one as fancy as this. The stek&stoof vacation home boasts a space that lets you live outdoors while sitting indoors. It features a steel truss, a wood-burning stove that you can use to bake both pizzas and cakes, and a roof and sliding window that are easy to open. So inside becomes outside and outside becomes inside, and you can enjoy both the height of summer and the depths of winter. The kitchen is just as special, which is what happens when you give two creative minds carte blanche. Equipped with everything you need, yet it looks more like a piece of abstract furniture. The rooms were given neutral tones with an artistic splash of color here and there. So it's only logical that the kids quickly climb the stairs every evening to their own mezzanine, a sleeping nest that looks like a wigwam. Despite the fields on the doorstep and the mountain bike trail in the street, guests also seem to enjoy zipping off to Ghent and Antwerp. After all, both cities are only half an hour away. And afterwards, you can cocoon in your own conservatory.
