This brand-new, jet-black architect-designed house stands on a dune in Oostduinkerke, just a stone's throw from both the dunes and the beach. Walk down the street and you'll find yourself with your feet in the sand. And yet that privileged location isn't even its biggest asset...

You will stay in a timeless, inspiring design, so you are guaranteed to feast your eyes. Minimalist elegance sets the tone and the house was designed so that you intensely enjoy every space. Sleep in the dunes and the 4 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Sometimes equipped with deep green zelliges then again bright and sleek. Always beautiful and bathed in flattering, subdued light. The pared-down living room with gas fireplace is on the ground floor and its large windows border the rolling dune garden with Gescova garden furniture. Also popping up on this floor is a hidden bar that you easily close via sliding doors. Moody and mysterious thanks to the black zelliges and dark wood and particularly convenient for those who want to have aperitifs or meetings in peace.

One floor up, the bright living kitchen with dining room awaits. And here again, wood sets the tone and the room-sized windows offer you a view of the surrounding dunes, coastal villas and even the sea. To be admired from the window or from the adjoining terrace that lets you look out for miles and gives you the feeling of being king of the world.

This high end wood frame construction picks up with lots of warm wood which creates an intimate atmosphere in every room and in addition, the owners deliberately chose customization. Everything was thought of and every detail is right. From the lounge sets on the terrace and the checkroom in the hall over the infrared sauna and the petanque field to the elevator that takes you smoothly from one floor to another.
