On the border between West and East Flanders and between the Leie region and the Flemish Ardennes. In this special subregion, you will find Vakantiehuis Knus. A place you only end up if you have to be there. The 3,500 m² estate is tucked away from the world, surrounded by greenery and located at the end of a dead-end country road. This is where Bert and Frieda found a new challenge after running a renowned restaurant for 30 years. Resting on their laurels is not their thing, so they built a new five-star vacation home in this privileged location where they let guests taste their love for the region. Just like they used to do, but with a slight difference. From here, you can cycle from one photogenic, tranquil village to another. Mullem, Wannegem-Lede, Nokere, Zingem, Latem... you can string them all together. That is, if you can tear yourself away from the property. Because there is also plenty to do on site. Relax in the jacuzzi with a view of the fields, enjoy an aperitif in the lounge, play a game of petanque, table tennis, or table football while the little ones run around in the playground. And there's more good news: every room has its own bathroom. Handy when you're traveling with a whole bunch of people.
