On the border of the Bruges Ommeland and the Westhoek, in Gits, a spacious family home was transformed into a supremely comfortable 5-star vacation home. Marc and Karien Vanbelle drew inspiration from their family name and the view that greets you, which led to Belle Vue. A place large enough for 15, with a view that truly lives up to its name.

And there’s plenty of space—both inside and out. From the fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in fridge to the cozy living area with more than enough seating, right up to an extra relaxation spot where the whole gang can play foosball. In the beautiful garden with elegant flower beds that bloom year-round, you’ll discover a delightful covered lounge, a barrel sauna with a shower, and plenty of terraces to enjoy the peace and quiet. Meanwhile, the kids can let off steam on the trampoline. So there are plenty of options for relaxing together or on your own.

There are 6 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of these rooms is also wheelchair-accessible and equipped with an adapted bed and bathroom. This ensures that everyone can enjoy a relaxing vacation.

There’s a whole host of great spots nearby, from village cafés to renowned restaurants, and you can shop right here at the farm. And afterward, why not take a stroll together to the Big Bench for a selfie that’s already become legendary?
