Old barn becomes loft. That's how you could quickly summarize Viktoria Guesthouse, but that would be too simplistic. Because when Els and Walter tackled the barn next to their home in the Kempen, they had bigger ambitions: to do everything they could to help you focus on each other. So no television, but a cupboard full of vinyl records, a fireplace, and a coffee table at the ideal height for playing board games.

Downstairs an open living space, one floor up 2 sleeping corners pop up at the ends. One picks out with a cozy reading nook, then 3 single beds await on the opposite side. The bathroom is conveniently located in the middle. Plenty of space to retreat to. And for those who struggle with that, there is the AUTI suitcase that the couple provides. It is scientifically compiled, full of cuddly toys, books and cuddly objects and helps children with ASD relax on vacation.

Or do you dive into the swimming pond with the whole gang, enjoy yourself on one of the terraces or warm up in the hot tub? A covered terrace adjoins the living room, so even if it drizzles, you can get some fresh air here. Groceries are also done on foot, both the bakery, the organic store and the supermarket are within walking distance and if you want more kilometers, opt for the Merode walking network or go cycling. Close to the house you will find some cycle paths. What could be more exciting? Then go kayaking or supping on the Grote Nete!
