Inside, the gas fireplace, Chesterfield sofas, and underfloor heating create a cozy atmosphere, and the authentic look immediately makes it clear that this is a place with soul. A place where you can also cook to your heart's content, thanks to the 6-burner Boretti stove with large oven. You can discuss the day's events in your own café, where the fridges are stocked with wines, local beers, and soft drinks. Outside, there's even more fun to be had.

The 75 acre property is surrounded by nature and all that greenery is allowed to flourish here. No manicured golf lawn, but plenty of options to enjoy yourself with your feet in the grass. A nap in the hammock, some swinging, building a camp, lashing together or starting a campfire. It's all possible. Or maybe barbecue first, play a game of petanque and then head into the wood-fired sauna bar?

You have several terraces for gathering or retreating. And who knows, maybe you'll spot a fox or wolf at the crack of dawn? Don't worry, the backyard is fully fenced so your pet can't give chase.
