Some places are so special that you could write a book about them. L’Eauget is one such place. A waterwheel has stood here since 1820. It is a piece of industrial heritage that recalls the time when this region was world-famous for its wool mills. But that economy disappeared, the wheel fell into disuse for decades, and the old wool mill was left behind. Until Hervé decided to give this special place the honor it deserves.

The historic wheel was completely reconstructed and today, thanks to advanced technology, it produces 100% green electricity. By the way, you can admire this innovative hocus-pocus in the entrance hall where the beating heart flaunts behind a glass door. Because this old spinning mill of almost 2,000 m² has been transformed into a unique place of intense enjoyment. Without letting you rush.

After all, you have this haven all to yourself and your company. There are no other guests, no waiters, no prying eyes. Your 3- or 4-course meal is ready and all you have to do is heat it up. And both the refrigerator, the oven, the heating and the mood lights run on electricity generated on site. In La Table you can dine with 2 to 6 people and sit next to the wheel, so you can see the water flowing. La Salle can accommodate 4 to 18 people and you decide how you want the tables set up. Your private heritage experience is truly complete when you stay overnight. There are 2 elegant rooms, a ^3rd bed is cleverly incorporated into the library in the living area. And just like at your dinner, you have the place to yourself. No chambermaids, no concierge, just enjoy the peace and quiet.
